Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities in freight brokerage
Find carriers, check carrier capacity and negotiate competitive prices
Maintain long-term relationships with customers and carriers
Coordinate and monitor freight shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of transactions

Requirements:

Experience in freight brokerage or similar position (USA & Canada)
Proven record of meeting and exceeding targets
Excellent communication, multi-tasking and negotiation skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Availability to work Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00 (Moldova time)
