Senior account manager | FX | brokerage

We are looking for an experienced Retention Agent (English speaker) for our client, a Chisinau-based, regulated broker. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, resolving issues, and maximizing customer retention.

Office Location: Chișinău

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and retain customer accounts
- Identify customer needs and provide customized solutions
- Build strong client relationships to boost retention

Key Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience - English Retention
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work efficiently and achieve goals
